This release adds support for writing Knita patterns in Python.

The very first release of Knita is mostly laying the groundwork for things to come, however the following functionality is here now:

* Docker and host build runtimes
* Import and Export files to/from from build runtimes
* Build log streaming
* Golang SDK support

With this release, Knita is bootstrapped to the point where it can build itself!
