Updates weblogin to v1.10 to handle the data-sharing dialogue that pops up
every now and then when logging into LADOK. So now that one will no longer
break the scripts until one manually signs in using the browser.

Fixes LADOK authentication issue. LADOK changed their login procedure in
October 2024. But this was solved by a quick update to the `weblogin` package.
