Lamberthub

This is the first stable version of the library. It drops support for the performance comparison. The main reason is to purely focus on the maintenance of the project. The usage of [Numba](https://numba.pydata.org/) is used now to accelerate some algorithms. The idea is to expand its usage to the whole library.

This is the first ever release of the lamberthub library. It includes all the code and tools which the paper for the ICATT 8th made use of.

This version includes the following new algorithms:

* Gooding 1990
* Avanzini 2008
* Arora 2013
* Izzo 2015

In addition, different plotting utilities such us the number of iterations of time per iteration are provided.
