Thanks to kibumh there's now the chance to set the sample rate.

Take two so it works on macOS, no code changes.

Support for Python 3.7 on all platforms.

Skipped version 1.0.1 due to building Python 3.7 on Windows with VS 2015. PyPi doesn't allow a release to be re-uploaded.

This is the very first basic bindings and will be made available through PyPi for the following platforms:

- Windows 64 bit (Python 3.4, 3.5, 3.6)
- Windows 32 bit (Python 3.5, 3.6)
- Linux 64 bit (Python 3.4, 3.5, 3.6)
- Linux 32 bit (Python 3.4, 3.5, 3.6)
- macOS 10.6+ 32/64 bit (Python 3.4, 3.5, 3.6)
- macOS 10.9+ 64 bit (Python 3.6)
