* Support Python 3.5

Python 3.5 support was dropped in the previous version. This is
effectively reverted, and the minimum Python version is now 3.5 again.

* Improved CTest support

CTest has a limitation on the regex size, and sometimes this prevents
running subset of tests. The CLI learned to split the regexp, and you
can run tests with multiple `ctest` invocations.

* Improved `launchable verify` command

Even if check fails, it produces the system information first. This
improves system diagnosis.
