Changes since last release:
- changed build system: using cibuildwheel now
- navigation bar now accepts float numbers
- datasets that have been generated without filters are now no longer affected by changing these filters in the GUI
- datasets that have dummy values for filters but are generated with the filters active will now throw a warning
- new division option

- settings missing in an index now get auto-added from default.json (this creates backwards compatibility to older indices)
