Light-pipe

This release incorporates automatic error handling and fixes an issue with composition of `Transformer` instances with `AsyncGatherer` parallelizers.

This release adds new abstractions, including the `make_data` and `make_transformer` wrapper functions, which massively simplify the syntax of this package. It also adds support for automatic argument extraction from tuples and dictionaries returned as outputs from `Data` instances.

Added an option to create Data instances from iterable objects.

Light-Pipe is an extensible, light-weight Python framework for data pipelines that scale. It provides a set of intuitive abstractions designed to decouple pipeline implementation from the operations they perform.

In the next release, support for cluster computing will be added, along with other useful features.
