Release Description

This is a beta pre-release for early testing of the Local Operator bundled UI experience

The release is for MacOS only at this time, but additional beta releases will be added as internal testing verifies stability of the Linux and Windows versions.

Download the DMG and open it, then drag and drop the application into the Applications folder to get started 🚀

Create issues if you run into any troubles on startup for MacOS and we will review and address accordingly in upcoming releases.

Release Description

This release includes a major license change, new attachment support, and a first-time user onboarding flow.

License Change

The project license has been changed from MIT to GPL-3.0. Please review the new license terms to ensure compliance.

Attachment Support

Users can now send files to AI agents, providing more context and data for analysis.

First-Time User Onboarding

A guided onboarding flow has been implemented to help new users get started with the application.

Other Changes

* Added IPC handlers for opening files and URLs
* Added a new API client for serving static files
* Improved scroll-to-bottom behavior
