Ls-improved

New features:
- make search function fuzzier (Do not distinguish uppercase and lowercase.)
- deal with ANSI escape code.
- lsi interprets also ANSI escape code.
- if you set `mkdiri --ANSI-MODE`, mkdiri uses ANSI escape code.
