New command line arguments for custom log folders as well as saving containers. Logging has changed to using dates, rather than random numbers. Extra check for invalid filename.

Pull directive now puts files into a specific folder
LXC Start no longer does a simple 'echo 0', but instead checks for '/sbin/runlevel'. This has proven to be more reliable in determining if something is actually ready or not.
