This is a fix release

- Changes:
- Downgrade Xray version to 1.7.5 (latest)
- Fix problem with no default host for an inbound
- Rollback removed formatting variables `{PROTOCOL}` & `{TRANSPORT}`
- Frontend fix of host settings in SNI and Host fields
- Frontend fix of user dialog when a protocol is disabled by the server

This is a feature release, which includes new features and removes previously deprecated code.
