Updated Thermostat readings, remove int and pad and combine into ambient temperatures based on the same rules as the UI.
Updated the command line runner to send output and std errors to the right way for easier debugging

First Full Release: tested against the following scenarios:
1. Heat Pump Pre 2020 - Heating Only (no cooling), two optional heating circuits for hot water and main circuit for heating. There are no room thermostats attached
2. Heat Pump Post 2020 - Heating/ Cooling no optional heating/ cooling circuits, main pump handles hot water and room thermostat
3. Heat Pump Post 2020 - Heating/ Cooling with one heating/ cooling circuit. Main pump handles Hot Water, HC1 handles room temperature.
