Mat-discover

See the updated documentation for the newly implemented `Adapt` class for adaptive design. Various minor API changes (e.g. `Discover` attributes) went along with this, not necessarily in a backward-compatible manner.

CrabNet` and `ElM2D` were refactored into separate repositories at [sparks-baird/CrabNet](https://github.com/sparks-baird/CrabNet) and [sgbaird/ElM2D](https://github.com/sgbaird/ElM2D). `ElM2D` is labeled as `chem_wasserstein` to avoid PyPI conflicts with the original ElM2D. Hopefully, some of these changes will get integrated into the parent repositories, but for now, they exist as forks.
