- performance boost! now MCDR comsumes ~75% less time than before when calling plugins
- separate info reacting code to an individual thread to reduce performance impact to the server

- MCDR wont exit when error in ticking

- "Console thread starting" should be a debug message

- more check in `MCDReforged.py`
- fix the bug that loading unloaded failed plugin which caused 1 plugin fails 2 times (it just looks annoying)

- add method `c` and `h` to replace `set_click_event` and `set_hover_text` for easier coding in RText
- `server.exit` api for those who want to exit mcdr when the server is stopped

- detect server close to close rcon to stop the rcon automatically even if the server is stopped by player command to avoid mojang's rcon bug
- rename stext to rtext to avoid name issue
- minecraft color code supports in console as long as you don't use `print` but server.reply
- check update per 24h and add version compare for update check

module `colorama` is needed for upgrade

you can now import stext and rcon from utils in your plugin, check the utils doc for more information

stext can replace almost everything message parameter in api
