Removed the strict upper limit for version checks, because it created too much maintenance overhead. An upper limit for the structure versions is not enforced anymore but can be reactivated if necessary

This release allows reading of raw data files containing `InfoChannel` structures with the recently released version 2.

This Release fixes a bug in the `get_channel_sample_timestamps` function. In 0.4.0, this function had generated one extraneous timestamp if `to_idx` was not `None`

This release focuses on bug fixes and updates for files created by the CMOS-MEA software and improved tutorials and documentation
