Fix MdText formatter bugs

- Nested MdText styling is now available!

>>> MdText("{italic in bold is = {strong:italic}:bold}")
"**italic in bold is = *strong***"

- To make this possible, we use Lark as a parser backend.
- `Mdfy` is renamed to `Mdfier`
