Added python 3.11 support and updated requirements

Small update of deps

- Slightly improved snippet extraction algorithm
- Added image_width/image_height params to snippets

- Fixed error with meta tags with only name/property without a value
- Updated readme
- Added new public methods `parse_snippets_from_url`/`parse_snippets_from_url_async` for convenience

Initial parser with basic tests, snippet support, and parsing of almost all available meta tags.
