Version bump to 2.0.

Several (bug) fixes, 1 important one add a timeout for meteoalarm.

MeteoAlarm.eu is moved to meteoalarm.org.
So I have changed the api from meteoalarm.eu to meteoalarm.org

The big advantage is that is is now possible to get all details alerts from the eu countries that are presented on the website, finally!!
