Improve Outcar parser for many atoms systems

Fix build and add new outcar formatting

This release focuses on ending the execute command, the following modifications were made:
- Addition of new tags so that the user can adjust the calculation manually
- Fixed bugs related to past version

This version presents the following updates:
- Fixing bug in source install
- Wheel construction for more linux tags
- Fixing wrong log messages
- Fixing some edge cases in minushalf execute command
- significant improvement in documentation
