Mkcommit

This fixes a problem with missing return statements in `inquirer` wrappers in the previous release.

This patch release fixes a `win32` import problem on macOS/Linux

This release contains a significant API change. `mkcommit` will no longer produce the commit messages to STDOUT but will actually call `git commit -m`. One less step for you to worry about. 😄

This release contains critical bug fixes.

In this release we've added some basic validation handlers.

This is the first release with basic functionality:

- `mkcommit` command
- `mkcommit -c` flag for redirecting the messages to the clipboard
- Python configuration file
- Globbing for Python configuration files in current working directory
- `mkcommit -f` flag for loading explicit configuration files outside of CWD
