Mkdocs-callouts

**Minor fix** - Pages with callouts would have a new line break added to them, this is no longer the case.

Also tests are now stricter

Update regex to allow links in callout title, aswell as allow for leading whitespace before a callout block.

- Fix callout parsing to properly detect multiple paragraphs / empty lines
- Allow the > character to be used within a callout by only detecting the leading character

Added a check to save some cycles & a small extra syntax check.
