This initial release implements parametric and permutation All-Resolutions Inference. I'm not 100% sure all the default parameter settings perform well on real data, so I'll issue another release after I've used the package enough on my own projects. For now, feel free to play around with the parameters to find what works for your data -- statistically valid circular inference is, after all, the point of ARI :)
