Mondeja-pre-commit-hooks

- Added `cloudflare-gh-pages-dns` hook.

Add new hooks to check domain nameservers:

- Fixed some rendering errors in `add-pre-commit-hook` hook.

- Fixed error in `root-editorconfig-required` hook configuration.

- Added new hook `root-editorconfig-required`.

- Fixed error adding hooks with `add-pre-commit-hook` when added repository is already defined in configuration file.
