This version improves how CLIs generated from `moonworm generate-brownie` parse tuple arguments to smart contracts.

It also modifies the package structure so that the majority of users, who do not need `moonstreamdb` installed, are not forced to install it.

CLI `watch` command can be used to crawl smartcontract events from XDai blockchain.
