Morphemes

Features:
- Added command line interface which allows the individual word parse or processing of text files for obtaining morpheme counts. (Documentation updates coming soon)

Fixes:
- Fixed reported issue. Prefixes were not correctly handled in the parsing of the morphoLEX data. Added enum to better keep track of the symbols and put in the handling for the prefix markup. https://github.com/ecscstatsconsulting/morphemes/issues/2

- Enhanced performance by fixing bug which was causing the db json to be loaded over and over
