- Add mana-letter colorization for mana costs using `--colourize`/`--colorize`. Uses ANSI codes in the terminal.
- Add `--colour` as an option for filtering cards by color for people who do not use American orthography.
- `requirements-dev.txt` is now around to help people figure out what other packages are needed for development.
