Multi-half-bridge

This release of the DL-Motor-Control-TLE94112EL library includes a platform independent framework which allows an easy port to differnt systems.

Release-candidate 1 for version 2.0.0 of the DC-Motor-Control-TLE94112EL library with framework.

Fix wrong links and minor bugfixes. Include doxygen documentation.

* Fixed the definition of FALSE/TRUE by adding conditional preprocessor directives
