Mwingslite

First version of the "Lite" edition.
Forked from the mwings v1.0.7.

Differences:
- Renamed module from `mwings` to `mwingslite`
- Removed pandas and its dependencies
- Requires Python 3.11+, not 3.12+

Scripts under `src/` are same as the original.
