Change spelling of `NiceHashPrivateApi` constructor parameter `organisation_id` to `organization_id`

This will break uses of the constructor that specified the `organisation_id` parameter by name.

Added support for new endpoint exposed via `rig_action` which allows you to update the status for one or more rigs with one of the following actions:

* start mining
* stop mining
* set power mode

Available power modes are:

* HIGH
* MEDIUM
* LOW

Initial release - untested!
