1. Fix bit order in the cbit array
1. Fix a bug in project function. This function was projecting the state vector on the wrong subspace. In some cases, the projected state vector was not normalized anymore (leading to weird errors later)
1. Fix IntermediateMeasurement objects attached to each sample. This object was respecting the bit order convention
