Namecreator

Added chinese and chinese romanized.

Added Japanese and Japanese romanized. The CLI can now send the names it generates to a txt file you specify. The README is now more helpful.

Unsuccessfully tried to add Linux support. Removed unnecessary files.

Added Finnish and updated nameCreatorCLI help.

Added utf-8 encoding so names like Jason KAPhler look like Jason Köhler. Remove unidecode as a dependency.

Updated Readme and made some small edits.
