Napari-oclrfc

With this release this plugin is no longer available in napari. It was great to have you, `napari-oclrfc`, but it's time to move on. Your code will live on in the code of other plugins :-)

* Shortened menu entries
* When processing numpy-backed arrays, the output image size was wrong (See also https://github.com/haesleinhuepf/oclrfc/releases/tag/0.4.1)

* Reorganized menu: Categories of "What" you can do are primary focus.

Bug fixes:
* Predefined feature sets included a top-hat-filtered image and thus, tended to consider local intensity differences. This feature has been removed from the feature set.

New features:
* Custom-feature definitions can be entered as string
* The list of predefined feature sets has been extended.
