Change "created time" from Boolean to String

In the Notion database, you can manage created time of content with "Created Time" property.
If you create a "Created Time" property in the Notion database and pass the name of the column, you can add created time to filename.
Defaults to empty string.

When set `add_date_to_filename` to `True` , date precedes the filename.


- Add metadata

When set `add_metadata` to `True` , then, `id` , `title` , `tags` data will be inserted at the top of the content.
