Description

There have been a lot of errors in the recent releases (now deleted) due to my inability to test code before release, all that I have noticed are fixed.

A `__str__` has been added to most classes which will give a short description of the class

Decorator has been added, when creating a network a description of the network will be printed

numpy arrays have been used for the `StoreData` class

Finished adding basic error handling

Added error handling and clean up
