Nonebot-plugin-alconna

What's Changed
* 新增 `MessageBuilder` 负责把各适配器的 Message 转为 UniMessage，同时取消各 UniSegment 原先的 BasePattern
* 命令解析内部现在统一使用 UniMessage
* `Text` 消息段新增 `styles` 属性，负责标记各段文字上的样式信息
* `AtID` 与 `ImageUrl` 现统一在 `nonebot_plugin_alconna.typings` 下
* fix dep inject for CommandResult by lgc2333 in https://github.com/nonebot/plugin-alconna/pull/39
* 新增 `Bold`, `Underline`, `Italic` 等样式消息段标注，可以组合，标记后插件会将解析结果的str转回Text进行校验
