nonechat` 基于 `adapter-console` 修改，将原本的适配器部分独立出来，并增加可选配置

* 增加 `Backend` 抽象类，用于分离交互逻辑，控制台本体仅需要调用 backend 的方法，而不关心其具体实现
* 增加 `ConsoleSetting`，用于自定义控制台的样式，例如背景色，标题，icon
