Ntkutils

New Features:

- `cfgtools`: Add Json Setting saving to your apps!!

Installation via pip
`py -m install --upgrade ntkutils`

- The package is now imported with `import ntkutils` instead of `from ntkutils import ntkutils`.

- Removed `ntkutils.sunvalley()` because `sv_ttk` by [rdbende](https://github.com/rdbende) provides a way better way of doing its purpose
