New release of NuZTF v2.4. Relative to v2.4.0, this version includes updated dependencies using the latest version of ztfquery, which are required for using IRSA functionality. It also includes new unit tests. Also includes various minor dependency updates:

New release of nuztf v2.4.0.

The major change versus v2.3.0 is the deprecation of cone scans, which are now completely replaced by much faster single-query, healpix-based skymap scans. This release also includes performance improvements in the observation coverage calculations.

New release of nuztf v2.3.0.

The major change versus v2.2.1 is the inclusion of the irsa.py, and the associated functionality to obtain forced photometry using science images. Also includes several minor bug fixes, modifications and updates to dependencies.

This minor version change includes faster filtering and an optimized healpix search strategy, as well as more streamlined handling of cutouts.

v2.2.0 release of NuZTF. The changes include nicer lightcurve/alert plotting and a complete rehaul of the grb/gw-scanning: It's now compatible with the AMPEL API, which now has a healpix-based query, and GRB skymaps are downloaded automatically.

New v2.1.0 release of NuZTF. The main change from the previous v2.0.0 is to fix the python version to 3.8, in line with the incompatibility of python 3.9 with ampel. Also includes an updated GCN template, and the option to set the output path for candidate PDFs.
