First release of **ofcli**, a tool for exploring OpenId Federations.
Includes:
- `ofcli`, a commandline tool that can:
- fetch and display entity configurations or subordinate statements
- build trustchains
- resolve metadata
- discover federation hierarchy
- visually display federation hierarchies as graphs
- `ofapi`, a rest API offering the same functionalities as the commandline tool
