In this release the `pydantic BaseModel` is used instead of `pydantic.dataclasses.dataclass`. This affects a lot of code, but shouldn't have any effect on the API. (but please report any issues!)
also:
- fixes a bug when using a local prefix for the OME namespace (91)
- makes sure that all `Unit*` enums are available in the pint `ureg`, which is now public at `ome_types.ureg` (82)
- adds py.typed for pep 561 compliance (83)
