First real release of ogd-core. Functionality appears to be stable, so we finally have a non-pre-release.

Note: re-attempting release to see if stupid PyPi "trusted publisher" crap will work, seems like their "pending publisher" thing is half-baked at best.

Beta release now that work has been merged into the master branch.
Puts all of the main OGD Core classes into a convenient package.
