Description
Bug fixes to enable cluster provisioning during a test execution. Add support for OpenSearch 2.0 as a data store.

Description
Changes to make development and testing easier, including fixes for installation and integration testing. Additionally a new telemetry device from OpenSearch Cross Cluster Replication was added.

Reason For Release

Users that `pip install` OpenSearch Benchmark 0.0.1 are unable to execute a test because of an issue with the MarkupSafe dependency.
