Changes

- and : characters are no longer allowed in passwords. They cause invalid URLs when basic authentication is used, for example when viewing and RTSP stream

New Config Options

- OTS_LISTENER_ADDRESS - Address that OpenTAKServer will bind to and listen for HTTP requests which are proxied from nginx. Defaults to `127.0.0.1`

Fixes in this release

- Removed creation of JKS certs that weren't used but causing problems on Windows

- Fix to prevent the socket threads from crashing when a client doesn't successfully connect
