Pandarallel

**Series.parallel_map:**
* Can take all arguments `map` takes
* Implement progress bar

**DataFrameGroupBy.parallel_apply**
* Return type is the same as `apply` return type

For `DataFrame.parallel_apply`:
- Now can take all possible arguments of `DataFrame.apply`
- Implement progress bar (WARNING: Experimental feature)

- pyarrow

- `Series.map`
- `DataFrame.groupby.apply`
