Pandoc-numbering

- use new pandoc internal format

A huge upgrade from the 1.0.0 version:
- add the possibility to create list of things
- add the possibility to reference the title, the description, the section numbering, the local numbering, the global numbering
- add the possibility to not format the output

- Correcting some bugs
- Changing the **sectioning** part format (a sequence of `-.` followed by a sequence of `+.`)
- Adding the possibility to define a default **sectioning** part in the meta-data block

- Add an autoindentifier when the tag is only composed of a name
- Add the cite shortcut to generate link
- Update the documentation

- Add the possibility to hide the headers numbering
