Kept ``namebase`` as a deprecated alias for compatibility.

- Added new ``with_suffix`` method, useful for renaming the
extension on a Path::

orig = Path('mydir/mypath.bat')
renamed = orig.rename(orig.with_suffix('.cmd'))
