Made some minor updates to the packaging, and added in variable length input sequences! The code should now be a lot easier to use on any collection of input sequences/queries.

This is the first release of this package! I've setup a GitHub action to automatically update the `pip` repository with twine, which should be a great help keeping everything up to date.
