For desktop use, use one of the installers here. For Python use, install with

* d6e7dbe7 backport fix for issue 120 and tests
* c7391df4 fix issue 101 - python2 hangs on exponentiation with large numbers
* 42983901 backport fix for issue 102 - crash on changing graphics page after changing video memory size
* 070cd63d possible fix for issue 138 Crash when codepage is set to sp65001

The 1.2 branch is now inactive and this is likely to be the last 1.2 release. Thanks everyone!
