This release breaks compatability with v0.1.1 as the CLI options and the configuration file have changed.

This is a minor release with a few bugfixes, better code coverage, updated documentation and overall nicer code. Little has changed for the end user.

This is just a hotfix over `0.1.0`.

* Bugfix: Added a `MANIFEST.in` file so that `LICENSE` and `README.md` are included in the tarball. Previously, they were not, and as `setup.py` read these files, the installing from PyPi failed.
