- Refactoring made 2 and 1 moot as I'm now using the Pelican Plugin System

This releases fixes a few bugs:

* leading spaces in column data
* content included the last line of the pelican metadata tags

Same great pelican-to-sqlite now with tests

Initial release which allows a user to take a one or more pelican based .md files and put their contents into a SQLite database.
